General Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To qualify, your item must be in its original condition — unused, unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is also required.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
We will require photos of the damaged item and all packaging materials, so please retain everything until we have reviewed your case and provided next steps.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Some products are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom-made or personalized items (such as engraved or special-order products)
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return has been accepted.
European Union Customers
If your order was shipped to a destination within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. During this time, you may cancel or return your order for any reason, without explanation.
Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding approval.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
